RECOMENDACIONES PARA EL VERANO

Buenos días a todos en esta entrada me gustaría dejaros algunas recomendaciones para el verano.

En primer lugar, me gustaría que terminaran de leer el libro Transportation Then and Now que es parte del plan lector, hasta ahora habíamos leído hasta el capítulo 4. Durante este verano es recomendable que terminen de leer el libro y hacer las actividades relacionadas (de la página 44 a la página 53).
A continuación os dejo un documento con las soluciones a estos ejercicios.


Además del libro del plan lector, me gustaría recomendaros un página de aprendizaje de inglés a través de canciones en el que tendrán que ir escribiendo la letra de la canción a la vez que la escuchan. Pueden seleccionar la canción que quieran y el nivel de dificultad de la misma.

Por otro lado puede ser interesante el trabajo del present perfect en inglés que nos ha costado un poco este tercer trimestre y de comparatives y superlatives que suele resultar algo lioso. Os dejo otro enlace con algunas fichas interactivas que os podrían interesar.

Para el repaso de ciencias os dejo algunos links de youtube que os pueden resultar interesantes:

RECOGIDA DE MATERIAL

Buenos días. Espero que estéis bien.
Me pongo en contacto con vosotros porque a partir de la semana que viene de forma organizada podréis recoger algunos materiales que los alumnos hayan podido dejar en clase antes del confinamiento (diccionarios, bolsas de aseo, cuadernos...) si lo deseáis. 
Por ello, me gustaría pediros que os pongáis en contacto conmigo a través del correo electrónico si deseáis ir a buscar dichos materiales para poder organizar la recogida y así deciros el día y la hora a la que podéis recogerlos.

Now we are going to concentrate on the tertiary sector in Spain:
  • The tertiary sector is the largest economic sector in Spain.
  • 65% of the active population works in the tertiary sector.
  • We can distinguish 4 types of tourism:

  • Spain imports (import means to bring goods or services to a country):

Now read the information on page 83 in your book and copy this diagram in your notebook.







MONDAY 15TH

Today we are going to practice the word of the day

WORD OF THE DAY: brunch (noun)

EXAMPLE: Their parents had brunch while the children played on the yard

MEANING: a meal that is eaten late morning, between breakfast and lunch

In you notebook answer the question: "what do you usually have for brunch?"

 
After answering the question in your notebook, read the pages 16, 17, 18 and 19 in the book Trasportation Then and Now.

Good morning I hope you are doing well.
Do you remember thermal conductors and thermal insulators? Let´s have a look at them!
THERMAL INSULATORS. Materials that are good at keeping things hot or cold are called insulators. During the winter we wear fabrics like the wool that is an insulator to trap the heat around the body.

THERMAL CONDUCTORS. These materials are good at allow heat to pass through them. For example the metal in the saucepan.

Now, read the message in the tablet on page 86 in the Pupils Book and do the exercise 3 in the notebook. In this exercise you need to write the words in the box and match them with the numbers of the pictures on page 86 and 87.
Remember to create a new title for the new unit 8 in your notebook before doing the exercise.
